Scottish Affairs Committee outlines need for significant reduction in regulatory barriers to aid mobile rollout

Commenting on the publication of the Scottish Affairs Committee's report Digital Connectivity in Scotland, Hamish MacLeod, Director at Mobile UK, said:

“The Scottish Affairs Committee rightly point out in the publication of its Digital Connectivity Scotland report that regulatory barriers continue to have a significant impact on the roll-out of mobile infrastructure.

"We welcome calls for further reductions to these barriers and the recommendation of joint action by the UK and Scottish Government. We look forward to hearing the Scottish Government’s response.”
