Mobile UK was pleased to attend the launch of Connecting Cambridgeshire’s Digital Connectivity Strategy alongside the Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, James Palmer, and the Leader of the County Council, Councillor Steve Count.

The Digital Connectivity Strategy announced a new barrier-busting team which will work with telecoms providers and mobile operators to enable rapid delivery of digital connectivity for homes and businesses across the County. Further information about the strategy can be viewed here.

Mobile UK presented and updated attendees with the current progress of network roll-out but also took the opportunity to outline the barriers that impede the deployment and installation of mobile infrastructure. Mobile UK’s presentation PDF can be viewed below.
