Speaking at the Ofcom and NI LGA ‘Improving Connectivity: Our 5G future’ summit to discuss mobile connectivity, Mobile UK called for a Mobile Action Plan for Northern Ireland.

Reflecting on the new Northern Irish Executive and the opportunity to take a fresh look at mobile connectivity, Mobile UK made calls on Ministers to develop a Mobile Action Plan that would take a comprehensive look at strategic planning and policy areas to help enable mobile infrastructure deployment.

Commenting, Gareth Elliott, Head of Policy and Communications at Mobile UK, said:
